Six years later, the firm employs 50 people and runs entirely on inbound demand from operators who needed a partner fluent in both boardroom strategy and clinical-grade execution. He leads with calculated expertise and a conviction that multi-site healthcare deserves better than what it’s been sold. The result: named #11 on Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work 2025 with the 2026 ranking already confirmed, standing alongside the health systems and insurers that define the industry.

Dominique grew up in St. Croix, USVI, and moved to Houston to attend Rice University. After completing her BA in English Literature, she worked as a grant writer before launching her marketing career as a content marketer at a Clinical Research Organization in Miami. She expanded her role to broader marketing strategy, refining her skills at B2B marketing agencies. She co-founded Strategy Collective with Matt Lee with a shared vision to divert from the traditional agency model — finding niche marketing experts and working as a team to provide clients effective strategies to scale their businesses.

He began in yellow page advertising, evolved into digital marketing, and led account services at a local ad agency in Dallas for five years before becoming a marketing executive at a Texas-based dental organization. There he helped position the company for M&A, scaling it from $20M to $30M within three years. Most recently he led cultural and organizational transformation at a private-equity-backed DSO. His expertise spans paid ads, SEO, and omnichannel marketing strategy.
